Wear comfortable, flexible clothing that allows for freedom of movement—usual training gear is perfect. No need for shoes; we train barefoot or in socks. And don’t forget a water bottle to stay hydrated!
Absolutely. Our classes are designed to cater to all levels, from total beginners to experienced athletes. To ensure a supportive and effective learning environment, we break the class into smaller groups based on current ability. This allows everyone to progress at their own pace while receiving guidance that feels almost personalised within a group setting. If you're brand new to gymnastics or calisthenics training and want to build a strong foundation—covering strength, mobility, core control, handstands, and tumbling—we recommend starting with our Peak BASE Classes before progressing to our Peak Performance classes. These sessions focus on mastering essential skills in a more beginner-friendly setting. Still feeling unsure? We also offer Personal Training and Small Group Training if you’d prefer a truly customised introduction to gymnastics before joining a group class.
