These terms, along with your completed entry, create a legally binding contract (Agreement) between you (the person named on the Form) and Peak Gymnastics Masters (PGM). By submitting the Form, you agree to these terms.
PGM organises the Peak Masters Competition (Competition) on Saturday 3 October 2026. If you are participating, these terms apply to you.

Application Process
- PGM may accept or reject any application at its discretion. If your application is not accepted, PGM will notify you via written communication.
- Registration may be suspended or cancelled at any time at PGM's discretion.

Costs
- You are responsible for all costs associated with attending the Competition, such as travel, accommodation, food, and uniforms.

Eligibility and Competition Rules
- There may be a limit on the number of participants in this event. PGM has the right to accept applications until the maximum number is reached.
- You agree to follow all rules and regulations set by PGM, including age, eligibility, and conduct rules. Failure to comply may result in suspension or disqualification.

Venue Conditions
- You must follow all Venue Conditions of Entry, which may include rules on noise, language, signage, and behaviour. PGM reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone violating these rules.
- Follow directions from PGM or Venue staff at all times.

Assumption of Risk and Behaviour
- You declare you are in good health and capable of participating. PGM is not responsible for any personal injury, health issues, or death that occur during or after the Competition.
- Participation involves risks, including injury or death. You assume all risks, including those related to minors under your care.

Insurance and Injury Procedures
- PGM does not provide personal or sports injury insurance. You should arrange your own insurance to cover any incidents or accidents.
- If you are injured or ill during the Competition, you authorise PGM's medical personnel to provide necessary treatment at your cost.

Use of Image and Recordings
- You consent to being photographed or recorded at the Competition. PGM may use these images or recordings worldwide without compensation. If you wish to remove a specific image, you can request this by email.
- You cannot broadcast or sell any recordings of the Competition without PGM's written approval.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes
- No refunds are provided for entry fees except if the event is cancelled.
- Dates, times, events, teams, and venues may change without notice. PGM may cancel or change the Competition due to weather or other causes without compensation.

Release and Indemnity
- You agree not to hold PGM liable for any damage, loss, injury, or liability arising from participation in the Competition.
- You indemnify PGM against any claims or costs resulting from your participation.

Privacy Statement
- PGM respects your privacy and will use your personal information only for registration, accreditation, and related purposes. You can request access to your information via email.

Force Majeure
- PGM is not responsible for any loss or damage due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics). PGM may cancel or change the Competition under these circumstances.
